Before you decide
A few clear answers.
Will it message my customers?
The assistant talks only to you in your own self-chat. It prepares customer messages and email text there. You check, copy and send them yourself. No automatic customer WhatsApp messages or emails.
What data does it need?
Only the records needed for your agreed tasks, such as a rate sheet, Calendar or expense entries. It cannot know your sales, stock or payments unless you supply or connect those records. Examples on this page are fictional illustrations.
Who can access my information?
Your business database is in your own Cloudflare account. Connected Google source files stay in Google. Growtricity’s assistant system and the AI provider process requests, so this is not a promise that data never leaves Cloudflare. Permissions and support access are explained during setup. The Google credential handover into your Cloudflare account is still being completed; its status must be confirmed before handover.
Can it connect my accounting software?
A connection may be possible through a supported API after we check the software, permissions and required tasks. Custom connector work and its costs need a separate scope check. No ready-made Tally or POS connection is promised in Tier 1.
Are all these examples ready for every business?
No. They show the tasks we propose setting up and demonstrating with your data. File analysis, Forms, Meet links, reports and reminders require connection and output checks. We agree the working scope and limits with you. Telegram is planned; this page illustrates WhatsApp.
What should I know about WhatsApp?
The current owner self-chat approach uses an unofficial WhatsApp bridge. It can disconnect and carries a risk of account restriction. We explain this before you join and confirm the setup with you. It is not a claim of an official WhatsApp partnership.
How do support and monthly costs work?
WhatsApp support is intended through the local Growtricity team. Exact hours, contact details and response expectations are confirmed at setup. Hosting, AI subscriptions, provider charges, taxes and usage limits are not assumed included in the ₹15,000 monthly price.
Can I use Hindi or Punjabi?
Local-language operation is part of the intended setup. We test the language and voice notes you actually use. Names, dates and money still need your check; perfect transcription is not promised.
